Employees who drive to
work can participate in TRIP
using Parking Reimbursement. To qualify, the parking
place must be at or near the company’s premises or at a location
from which the employee commutes to work like a park and ride lot.
Here’s how Parking
Reimbursements work:
| • Employees
elect to deduct from $20 to $195 a month through payroll
deductions. |
| • AMG
receives the payroll deduction register by the 15th of each
month. |
| • Employees
submit parking receipts to AMG for that month. |
| • AMG
processes receipts and mails check directly to employees' home. |
That’s it. That’s all
there is to paying for parking costs on a pre-tax basis.
